Funding for Children aged 2, 3 and 4 years old from September 2025

From September 2025, 15 hours for eligible working families will expand to 30 hours, meaning eligible working parentscan now apply for 30 hours of childcare from the term after their child turns 9 months until they reach school age. New applicants should apply before Sunday31st August 2025 to ensure funding is eligible as of Monday 1st September 2025.

If you currently recieve 15 hours for working families, just reconfirm as usual and the code will work for the 30 hours offer in September, providing you remain eligible.

You should apply for your code even if you don’t think at this stage you want to use it. Things might change and the code is only valid from the term after you apply.

For example:

• Apply for your code and receive it by 31st August 2025 - use it from 1st September 2025 onwards
• Apply for your code and receive it by  31st December 2025 – use it from 1st January 2026 onwards

Nursery Fees and Funding, Invoices and School lunches

Below is a chart of all the sessions we currently offer with the fees and funding information attached. Nursery invoices are emailed to parents usually within the first week of the month  (except september - invoices will be sent after the staggered start week) Payment is always expected within 10 days of receiving invoice. School lunches are only payable via ParentPay, you will recieve an activation letter to create an account after your child's staggered start week.
